Workspace management outsourced

We work for companies with 5 to 250 employees. That is the size where an in-house IT department does not pay off yet, while the demands on security and availability are those of a large company. For those companies workplace management is a fixed rate per workplace per month: €38 per user, cancellable monthly. Everything above is included. If people join, workplaces are added and you pay for the new number from that month onwards. If your team gets smaller, the same works the other way round. What SMBs get out of it in practice: • One point of contact instead of a supplier per component • Fixed monthly costs, so a budget that holds up • Security that matches what clients and insurers ask for these days • A helpdesk your people know by name We have been managing workplaces for SMBs in Brabant and beyond for more than fifteen years: construction firms, law firms, dental practices and accountancy firms. Every sector has its own software and its own requirements, and we take that into the management. Taking over the management of a company with 10 to 20 employees usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, without downtime. We start with an inventory of what you have, then take over the monitoring and introduce ourselves to your people. If you are planning something new, such as an extra location or a new software package, we think along in advance so it does not become an outage later. If one colleague currently does the IT on the side, we take those tasks over and that colleague stays the contact person. A workplace is only finished when the Microsoft 365 environment behind it is managed too. That is a separate module on top of workplace management: +€5.50 per user per month. With a Microsoft 365 Business Basic licence added, you end up at €10.70 per user per month. Microsoft 365 management covers: • Licence advice, so you do not pay for what you do not use • Daily backup of mail, OneDrive and SharePoint, separate from Microsoft • Setting and maintaining security policy: MFA, conditional access and shared folders • User management: creating, changing, blocking and cleaning up • A helpdesk for your people's questions about Outlook, Teams and SharePoint The Online Workplace comes with Microsoft 365 Business Premium. That licence already contains the security you need anyway, so you do not pay twice for the same thing. The sum is then €38 + €19.56 = €57.56 all-in.
