A Modern Workplace is only complete when your devices are demonstrably secure. Via Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access we manage the security policy for all your devices — centrally, automatically and verifiably. This is not optional but part of every Modern Workplace. Below are the six pillars of our security policy:
Access to company data only from managed, compliant devices. Login from an unknown device? Automatically blocked or additional verification required.
Mandatory two-step verification for all users. Combined with Conditional Access, this prevents 99.9% of all account attacks.
We set requirements for every device: minimum OS version, disk encryption (BitLocker), active antivirus and a lock screen. Not compliant? No access to company data.
All hard drives are automatically encrypted. In case of loss or theft, your data is unreadable. We store recovery keys centrally in Azure AD.
Advanced threat protection on every device (Comprehensive plan). Detects ransomware, phishing and suspicious behaviour before it causes damage. Includes Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR).
Windows updates and security patches are automatically rolled out via Update Rings. We test updates first on a ring of test devices before they go to production.
