Switching
Migration to Microsoft 365
Still running an on-premise Exchange server, Google Workspace or another email provider? Virtual Computing handles the complete migration to Microsoft 365.
Migration from on-premise Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP or another provider. Small environments (up to 20 users) are often migrated within a day. Larger environments are carefully planned — usually over a weekend to minimise impact.

Assessment
We map out your current environment: how many users, which email provider, how much data, which integrations. Based on this, we create a migration plan.

Preparation
We set up your Microsoft 365 tenant, configure your domain, set up security (MFA, conditional access) and create test accounts.

Data migration
We migrate all your email, calendars, contacts and files to Microsoft 365. Exchange migrations are done in phases so you always remain reachable.

DNS switchover
At the agreed time, we switch your domain to Microsoft 365. New emails arrive directly in the new environment.

Aftercare
After the migration, we verify everything works correctly, answer employee questions and optimise settings.
