Frequently asked questions

Do I really get one device with two numbers?

Yes. Via an app on your phone you choose before each call whether you want to call from your fixed business number or your private number. Incoming calls clearly indicate which number is being called.

Does this work on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. We support all modern iPhones (from iPhone XS) and Android devices (from Android 10). Dual-SIM devices can physically separate business and personal; eSIM-only devices use one digital SIM with a dual-profile app.

Can I keep my existing landline or mobile number?

Yes. We port existing landline and mobile numbers free of charge when switching. The transfer usually takes 1 to 5 working days — you remain reachable throughout.

How much data is included?

Standard 20 GB on 4G/5G, with EU roaming included. Heavy users (lots of video calling, hotspot) can upgrade to unlimited for €7.50/mo extra.

What if I need a temporary extra SIM for a new employee?

Order via the portal or an email. Additional SIMs cost €10 per month and can be cancelled each month — handy for interns, freelancers or seasonal work.

Does your network have national coverage?

Yes. We deliver on the Odido network (formerly T-Mobile) — one of three national 4G/5G networks in the Netherlands, with over 95% population coverage and excellent coverage on business parks.
