Windows 365 Cloud PC is your own Windows PC in the Microsoft cloud. Every employee gets a personal desktop with fixed computing power and storage, always ready, opened with the Windows App on a laptop, tablet or phone. You sign in with your Microsoft 365 account, with MFA through Microsoft Entra. The licence comes in three sizes, from €29 per user per month; we advise, set up and manage it. What is a Windows 365 Cloud PC?
A Cloud PC is a virtual Windows computer that runs at Microsoft and is assigned to one employee. It is always ready, with the same shortcuts, settings and files as last time. Close your laptop at the office, pick up your tablet at home and you carry on in the same screen.
Windows 365 is the service you buy those Cloud PCs from. You pick a size per employee, Microsoft delivers the machine, and we take care of the setup and the daily management: creating users, policies through Microsoft Intune, updates, Microsoft Defender and the helpdesk. You do not need a server of your own for it.

The honest difference
What's the difference with our Online Werkplek?
Both Windows 365 and our Online Workspace give you a full Windows desktop you sign in to with your Microsoft 365 account. The difference lies in where it runs, what it costs and whether it is a personal PC:
- Online Werkplek: Runs on AVD, Microsoft's workplace technology, in our own data centre in Eindhoven and Den Bosch. Unlimited storage, your own industry software, own environment per company. €38 per user plus your Business Premium licence. Data stays in the Netherlands.
- Windows 365: A personal Cloud PC per user in Microsoft's cloud. Managed via Microsoft Intune. Fixed storage per licence, licence from €29 per month plus management.
