Domain Validation (DV) is suitable for blogs, brochure sites and small business pages. Organization Validation (OV) shows your company name inside the certificate and is recommended for web shops and customer portals. Wildcard SSL secures unlimited subdomains (like shop.yourcompany.com and mail.yourcompany.com) with a single certificate.

A DV certificate is usually issued and installed within 5 to 30 minutes. OV takes 1 to 3 business days because the certificate authority validates your company details via Chamber of Commerce data and a phone call first.

Yes. For websites we host, we install and renew the certificate automatically — you don't need to do anything. For external hosting we help you generate the CSR and deliver the certificate.

You can easily switch at the expiry or renewal date. We handle the migration without downtime; your website stays available throughout.

By default you receive a reminder 30 days before expiry and can renew with one click. For customers on our hosting we renew automatically, so the padlock never disappears.
