Device management with Microsoft Intune

Device management is for companies where people work on their own laptop or desktop and those devices still have to be centrally arranged. In practice we see three situations: • A company of 5 to 250 employees that hands out laptops and wants every laptop to carry the same settings, updates and protection. • A field team or a team that travels a lot, with phones and tablets that open company mail and company files. • An organisation with a procurement or insurance requirement that devices are demonstrably managed and encrypted. We are ISO 27001 certified and work in line with NEN 7510, so we can show you how we set up and record the management. If everyone at your company works on a desktop in our data centre, you do not need this separately. Management is already part of the Online Workspace. Many companies combine both: a workspace in our data centre for the office, managed laptops for the field team.

You pick the package per device. The price is fixed per month, so you know in advance what an extra laptop costs.

Prices are per device per month, excluding VAT and cancellable monthly. Microsoft 365 Business Premium is required, €19.56 per user per month; that licence includes Intune. Device management runs from the same Microsoft 365 environment as your mail and your files. One identity in Microsoft Entra decides who may access what, MFA via Microsoft Entra is on, and Intune checks whether the device someone works on meets your rules. How we set up and maintain that environment is on Microsoft 365 management. If you also have an Online Workspace, the two run side by side. Your desktop, your files and your applications then run on our own servers in Eindhoven and Den Bosch, on AVD technology. AVD stands for Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft's workspace technology. We manage the device you sign in from with Intune, so that device is up to date and encrypted too. This applies to every Online Workspace we deliver from 1 September 2026. We handle the setup, in five steps: 1. We go through your current devices and your requirements. 2. We configure the policies and the Autopilot profiles. 3. We enrol the existing devices, without downtime for your employees. 4. We walk your team through the new way of working. 5. After that we take over the management. A good policy is only worth something if somebody watches it. Our NOC monitors continuously: • Updates that fail on specific devices • Devices that suddenly stop being compliant • Security alerts from Defender for Endpoint • BitLocker keys that have not been escrowed • Devices that have not checked in for too long (lost? stolen?)
