Which Microsoft 365 licence do you really need?

Most SMBs are best served by the Business line: • Business Basic — mail, Teams and the web and mobile Office apps. For people who rarely use desktop Office. • Business Standard — the above plus the full desktop Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Business Premium — Standard plus advanced security, Intune device management and Defender. Often the smartest choice for SMBs. The Enterprise licences (E3, E5) are meant for larger or more complex organisations. If they are handed out broadly at your company, that is usually the first place to find savings. We advise the right mix per role — not the most expensive package for everyone.
