Twinfield ā Wolters Kluwer's online accounting SaaS. Browser-based, runs smoothly. Often used for collaboration with external bookkeepers.
Exact Online ā The market leader in SMB bookkeeping. 100% web-based, no installation. We optimise browser settings and VPN connectivity for maximum speed.
Unit4 Multivers / Audition ā More often on-premise or via Citrix/RDS. We host Multivers desktop applications in our cloud workspace for accounting firms still running on this.
What this costs ā The cloud workspace itself from ā¬35/user/month; the software licence you pay directly to AFAS/Wolters/Exact/Unit4. Our pricing is the same for 1 or 5 accounting packages on a single workspace.
Scale: from 1-5 users to 25+ accountants
Our accounting practice spans three typical profiles:
1-5 users ā solo or small team. Many ZZP accountants and small firms start with 1-3 cloud workspaces. From ā¬35/user/month, no minimum commitment. Often combined with Exact Online or Twinfield. Setup within one week, including migration of existing Outlook + Word documents.
5-25 users ā mid-sized firm. Multiple partnerships or branches where partners, assistants and trainees work in one environment. Role-based permissions come into play: junior has access only to assigned files, partner has everything, auditors have separate SBR/audit folders. We set this up via Azure AD groups.
25+ accountants ā multi-location. Larger firms with 25-150 staff across multiple locations. At this scale we add Modern Workplace (Intune-managed laptops) plus a dedicated Azure Virtual Desktop pool for heavy applications such as Caseware or Audition. Compliance audits become faster: one set of evidence for all branches.

Yes. Exact Online is a web application that runs excellently in our cloud workspace. We optimise the environment for maximum speed.
Can we also use AFAS?
Yes. We support all common accounting packages including AFAS, Exact Online, Twinfield and Unit4.
Is our clients' data secure?
Yes. We are ISO 27001 certified. All data is stored encrypted in our own data centres in the Netherlands. Multi-factor authentication is standard.
Can staff also work at client premises?
Yes. The cloud workspace is accessible from anywhere ā at the office, at home or at the client. You only need an internet connection.
What if the internet connection goes down?
We always recommend a backup internet connection. Additionally, you can continue working immediately using a mobile hotspot.
What about NBA requirements?

Are there long-term contracts?
