Responsibilities
- Providing first and second line support to customers
- Building customer relationships
- Solving ICT issues in close collaboration with the team
- Implementing cloud solutions
Requirements
- Minimum MBO level 3 in ICT Management
- 1-3 years of work experience in the ICT sector
- Dutch and English, both written and spoken
