Yes. When switching we port your existing mobile numbers free of charge — no matter which provider you're with today. The switch usually takes 1 to 5 business days and you stay reachable throughout.
Yes. We integrate Odido Business with Microsoft Teams Phone or with our isaBEL platform so you have one mobile and landline number on the same device. One number, one voicemail, one customer card in your CRM.
Odido is one of the three national mobile networks in the Netherlands and consistently a top scorer in independent coverage and speed measurements (Umlaut, Speedtest). 5G coverage exceeds 95% of the population, including business parks and major cities.
Unlimited calls and SMS to all Dutch mobile and landline numbers, with no fair-use cap. For service numbers (09XX) and international numbers, standard rates apply, which you can view in the portal.
Within the EU, 'Roam like at home' applies: you use your bundle just like in the Netherlands at no extra cost, with a generous data-roaming cap. Outside the EU, we enable cost protection by default so you never face surprise bills.

Our Odido Business subscriptions are cancellable monthly once the minimum contract term (12 or 24 months when bundled with a device) has passed. Without a device, a one-month notice typically applies — we always document this transparently in the quote upfront.
