WooCommerce turns a WordPress site into a full e-commerce platform. At Virtual Computing it runs in an optimised stack: Redis for session management, a MariaDB database with query tuning for the heavy WC queries, and Object Cache Pro support for maximum speed in the checkout area.

Online shops demand more from their hosting than brochure sites. During peak moments (Black Friday, sales campaigns, newsletter blasts) you want checkout and payment provider to stay stable. Our containerised setup scales vertically within seconds — more CPU/RAM at peak, back to baseline when traffic returns to normal.
