Cloud workplaces

Online Workplace (from €35/mo per user) or Modern Workplace (from €10/device/mo). The Online Workplace runs your complete Windows desktop in our data centre — including your own software. The Modern Workplace manages your own laptop via Microsoft Intune. Both include 24/7 support.

Microsoft 365 management

All licences from Business Basic to E5, daily backups of your email, OneDrive and SharePoint, security configuration with MFA and Conditional Access, and user management. From €10.70 per user per month.

Network and infrastructure

Firewalls (Ubiquiti, SonicWall, Fortinet), managed switches, Wi-Fi access points and site-to-site VPN connections. Proactively managed, monitored and updated. We supply, install and maintain the hardware.

Security

Multi-Factor Authentication, endpoint protection with Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, email filtering, ransomware protection and security awareness training. ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified.

Backups

Daily backups at a separate location in our Dutch data centres. Quickly recoverable in case of disaster with a recovery time objective (RTO) of 4 hours. Monthly test restores to guarantee your backups work.

Telephony

Microsoft Teams telephony or isaBEL business telephony with phone menus, forwarding options and queue functionality. Fully integrated with your workplace. Call, receive calls and transfer with your business number.

Internet

Business fibre and copper connections with SLA and outage guarantee. We handle the connection, configuration and monitoring.

    We take over your environment in phases. First we set up monitoring and management, then we migrate email, files and applications. Employees notice as little as possible. Average migration duration: 1-2 weeks, even for larger environments.
