The transition to Virtual Computing follows four steps — transparent and risk-free:

We completely map your current IT environment: devices, software, licences, network, running contracts, backup status and security level. This is free and without obligation — even if you ultimately don't choose us, you'll have a clear picture of your current situation.

2. Custom proposal (week 1-2)
Based on the inventory, we create a clear proposal with a fixed monthly fee. No surprises afterwards, no hidden costs, no hourly billing. You know exactly what you get and what it costs.

3. Migration (week 2-4)
We take over your environment in phases. First we set up monitoring and management, then we migrate email, files and applications. Employees notice as little as possible. Average migration duration: 1-2 weeks, even for larger environments.

From day one you are fully supported. 24/7 monitoring, proactive maintenance, automatic updates and personal support via phone and email. You have a dedicated contact person who knows your organisation.
