Nextcloud Business is our upgraded variant for organisations that demand more than standard hosting. You get dedicated containers (no shared kernel with other customers), an SLA with 99.9% uptime guarantee + response times, and 500GB storage standard.

You also get extra compliance support: our ISO 27001 certificate with documentation for your own NEN 7510 audit, BIO attestation (for government organisations), end-to-end encryption on all folders, and a DPIA template we fill in for you. For healthcare organisations (GP posts, physiotherapy, dental practices) this is often the minimum variant.

Included: priority support (response time within 1 hour during business hours), monthly health check reports, and a dedicated technical account manager who knows your infrastructure.

99.9% uptime per month (max 43 minutes downtime). On P1 incident (fully down) response within 1 hour on business days 8-18, 4 hours outside business hours. On breach: pro-rata credit on your invoice.

Container isolation on dedicated nodes. Not a physical server just for you, but resource isolation and guaranteed CPU/RAM. For strictly physically dedicated (rarely needed): separate quote.

Yes. You get our ISO 27001 certificate, our Statement of Applicability (which includes the NEN 7510 controls) and the documentation of our technical controls, ready for your own audit or inspection. We deliberately do not hold a separate NEN 7510 certificate; the NEN 7510 controls are included in our annual ISO 27001 audit. During your audit our TAM helps out.
