Cloud workplace or managed laptop?

For SMBs we offer two flavors — based on what fits your business: Online Workplace — The full desktop runs in our cloud. Employees log in via browser or app, on any device. Ideal for businesses with business-critical software (construction, healthcare, accountancy) and employees working from various locations. Modern Workplace — Your own laptops, centrally managed via Microsoft Intune. Suitable for modern offices with people on the go or hybrid working. Many SMB clients combine both: a cloud workplace for business software, managed laptops for flexible work. We always advise free of charge what works best in your case — we are an MSP, not a software reseller.

What does workplace management cost for an SMB?

One flat rate per user per month, all-inclusive — no hourly add-ons. Three core solutions: Microsoft 365 Management from €5.20, Online Workspace from €35, or Modern Workplace device management from €10 per device. For an SMB of 15 employees on an all-in cloud workspace package you typically pay between €35 and €65 per workplace per month. Request a quote for your situation.

From how many employees is this worthwhile?

From 5 workplaces, outsourcing workplace management is usually cheaper than doing it yourself. For fewer workplaces, we look at a lighter package or a combination with cloud solutions.

Can I leave my contract if I am not satisfied?

Yes. We work with one-month notice periods. We do not want you stuck in a service that does not work for you — that motivates us to deliver value every month.

What if I want to scale up or down quickly?

You can add or remove workplaces monthly. No minimum package size, no annual commitment. You pay for what you have.

Do you also manage Mac devices?

Our focus is on Windows + Microsoft 365 (which 95% of SMBs run on). For occasional Mac workplaces we can advise, but full MDM management for Mac we do not.

How quickly am I onboarded?

A typical SMB of 10-20 employees we migrate in 2-4 weeks without downtime. For cloud workplaces often even faster.
