What does full IT management cost for an SMB?
Three core solutions ā pick what fits: Microsoft 365 Management from ā¬5.20 per user per month, Online Workspace from ā¬35 per user, or Modern Workplace device management from ā¬10 per device. For an all-in fully managed IT package (all licences, security, monitoring, helpdesk, backup) you typically pay between ā¬65 and ā¬125 per workplace per month. For an SMB of 15 employees that's ā¬975-ā¬1,875 per month ā less than half an internal IT employee.
What is included in 'full IT management'?
Workplaces, servers, network, Microsoft 365, security (MFA, EDR), backups, telephony and unlimited helpdesk. No separate 'extra work' invoices for things that fall within normal management.

We already have an IT partner. How does switching work?
We are used to migrations from other IT partners. Standard we take 2-4 weeks for handover: knowledge transfer, monitoring takeover, helpdesk introduction. Your employees notice little ā often only that the helpdesk becomes more accessible.
Do you also come on-site for outages?
Yes. For urgent outages that cannot be resolved remotely, we come on-site. We work from Oisterwijk and within a 75 km radius we are on-site within 2 hours. For more distant clients we arrange local hands.
What about data sovereignty?
All servers and backups we manage are in our own Dutch data centers (ISO 27001 certified). No GDPR concerns, no Schrems II issues, no US CLOUD Act risk.
