Job Description All-round support engineer

Are you looking for a full-time position with one of the larger Cloud Service Providers in the south of the Netherlands? Do you have good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude? Are you a star in organizing and planning? Do you know how to solve failures like no other and do you have several years of experience in an ICT-related environment? Tasks

  • Providing first and second line support to Virtual Computing customers;
  • Building customer relationships by providing quality customer support;
  • Working closely with the team to resolve customer ICT issues;
  • Implement our cloud solutions within various types of businesses.
  • Answering phone and mail requests and providing on-site support;
  • Opportunities to think along and come up with proposals for process and organizational optimization;
  • Perform your work independently;
  • You are able to independently plan, structure and prioritize your work. Depending on how big the job is, you work alone or as part of a team.

Job requirements

  • You have at least a completed education at MBO level 3 towards Management ICT or ICT application management.
  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in the ICT industry;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English in both word and writing;
  • You can work well under time pressure and are flexible regarding occasional work outside working hours.
