Enable Virtual Computing with Remote Support
Do you have technical problems with your computer? Virtual Computing can help you remotely with remote support. An employee of the Virtual Computing service desk will ask you to open the program below so that we can look at your technical problem together with you. The service desk employee can only watch when you have downloaded the program below and then pressed Run. The service desk will ask you to read out a code and you will be asked to accept access.
